Eighty-six percent of your employees are looking for a job according to research done by Right Management.

This could be the next Mass Talent Migration. If you didn’t treat your people right when the chips were down, what do you think will happen?

But there’s hope. You can tell them how much they mean to you and your business success. (First, you have to believe it.) And you can invest more time communicating. You can have your “Talent” people spend more time on retaining talent instead of looking for new talent. (And yeah, while I’m at it, you should fire any recruiter who says they spend only six seconds looking over a resume.)

What you do now will make a big difference when the Mass Talent Migration occurs. Don’t get caught standing in the desert.
