Employees: Your First Job Is To Do the Right Thing

If you’re a company employee, your job isn’t to blindly do any idiotic thing your boss tells you to do.

Your job is to do the right thing. All the time.

If you work for the TSA, I don’t give a damn what “The Manual” says, you don’t pat down search 6-year-old girls. Ever.

If you’re in HR or in the policy making arm of the TSA, you need to think. Think hard. Do the right thing. This ain’t right.
